These terms cover use of Nudge for household coordination, including bills, chores, announcements, members, and rules.

1. Service use

Nudge is provided for household coordination, including bills, chores, and announcements. You agree to use the service lawfully and not interfere with platform integrity.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for activity under your account and for securing your sign-in methods. Notify us promptly if you believe your account was accessed without permission.

3. Account deletion and flat closure

You can delete your account in-app from Profile > Delete Account. Deleting a member account removes that member from the flat. If the flat manager deletes their account, the flat is closed and its flat data is deleted, and remaining members must create or join another flat to continue using the service.

4. User content

Content posted in a flat workspace is the responsibility of the member or manager who posts it. You must have the right to share content you submit.

5. Availability and updates

We may change, improve, or discontinue parts of the service to maintain reliability, security, and product quality.

6. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" without warranties, and Nudge is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
